John Chidsey, Former Burger King CEO, Joins Eyecast Board of Directors

Sunrise, FL April 18, 2011 – Eyecast, a global leader in cloud-based video surveillance, today announced the appointment of John Chidsey, Co-Chairman and former CEO of Burger King to the Eyecast Board of Directors effective April 18, 2011. This directorship is a newly created position that was approved by the Eyecast Board of Directors in accordance with the Company By-Laws.

His experience as an executive in some of the largest companies in the world, his board room experience as Chairman of a Fortune 1000 Company and extensive international relationships with business owners and leaders in the retail chain store sector makes Mr. Chidsey an invaluable addition to the Eyecast Board of Directors.

John W. Chidsey served as Chairman and CEO of Burger King from April 2006 to October 2010. Prior to joining the Burger King Corporation in March 2004, Chidsey served as Chairman and CEO for two corporate divisions at Cendant: the Vehicle Services Division which included Avis Rent A Car, Budget Rent A Car Systems, PHH and Wright Express, and the Financial Services Division that included Jackson Hewitt. Chidsey joined Cendant in 1996 as Senior Vice President, Preferred Alliances.
